Double Chocolate Mint Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. margarine, divided
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. mint extract, divided
    2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Stir together flour, sugars, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in 3/4 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Beat in eggs and 1/4 teaspoon mint extract; spread into pan.
    Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
