Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 /2 tsp. cloves
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. nuts
6 oz. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add and beat well, eggs, sour milk and vanilla. Stir in flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves. Add zucchini and nuts. Spoon into greased and floured 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle chips on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Test with toothpick for doneness.
