Mini-Cheese Cakes(Makes 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 vanilla wafers
    7 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Line muffin tin with foil liners.
    Place one vanilla wafer in each liner.
    Mix cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until well-blended.
    Add eggs, mix well.
    Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.
    Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Remove from pan when cool.
    Chill. Top with fruit preserve, nut or chocolate.
    Be creative.
    Actual size is cupcake size.
