Vegetarian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    2 (14 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed (add about 1 c. water after rinsing)
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin seed
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook in iron skillet sprayed with Pam.
    Saute bell pepper, onion and celery until tender.
    In a small amount of water, add garlic and all other ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
