Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. black walnuts
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix thoroughly and pour batter into greased pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Remove from pan immediately.
    Pour hot glaze over cake.
