Buttercream Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable shortening
1 box powdered sugar (1 lb.)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Cream shortening and butter until smooth; add sugar, milk and vanilla.
Blend on medium speed until creamy. Will cover
one 9 x 13-inch cake or 2 layer cakes.
