Chicken Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. butter + 3 Tbsp.
3/4 c. dry white wine
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1 qt. cream
5 c. cooked cubed chicken
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 pkg. lasagne noodles
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter; add wine and cook until evaporates.
Make white sauce with remaining butter, flour, tarragon and cream.
Add mushrooms, chicken and salt and pepper to taste.
Stack lasagne as follows, noodles, chicken sauce, cheese, with second layer topped with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
