Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1 unbaked pie shell
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until the surface is golden brown.
    The pie will firm up as it cools.
    Chill until firm.
    Serves 6.
