Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 ripe avocados
2 tomatoes (small)
1 small yellow onion
1 clove garlic
1 jalapeno pepper
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. fresh cilantro leaves
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Chop onion and jalapenos into small pieces.
Chop tomatoes after draining seeds and juice.
Cut avocados in half lengthwise and scoop out.
Mix these ingredients in large bowl.
Add crushed garlic and lemon juice.
Chop cilantro into fine pieces.
Add and blend together.
Serve with tortilla chips.
