Frozen Company Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Carnation cream
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 c. red cherries, chopped
1 c. green cherries, chopped
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
2 1/2 c. diced marshmallows
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Soften cheese and combine with cream until well blended.
Add drained fruit and rest of ingredients, then fold in whipping cream.
Pour in an oblong dish; cover and freeze.
May be frozen in square milk carton, then slice when ready to serve.
Great for Christmas.
