Summer Squash Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, sliced
    3 small zucchini, sliced (unpeeled)
    5 small yellow squash, sliced (unpeeled)
    3/4 lb. imitation crab
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in frypan.
    With a very low fire, cook onion, zucchini and yellow squash until tender.
    Add crab and heat through.
    Serve hot.
