Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix zucchini in oil and sugar.
    Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add to zucchini mixture.
    Add egg, vanilla and nuts.
    Mix together.
    Pour into 1 greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
