Wild Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. crabmeat
    1 c. wild rice, cooked
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. flour
    4 c. light cream
    2 beaten egg yolks
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion, mushrooms, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper in butter until tender.
    Slowly add flour, then cream.
    Stir constantly until thickened.
    Stir egg yolks into 1 cup of cream sauce.
    Return to hot mixture; stir constantly until it boils. Add cheese, rice and crabmeat.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
