Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. spareribs, cut into sections for serving
1 small onion, minced
1 Tbsp. fat
4 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper
3/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. water
2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Brown spareribs under broiler and drain off the excess fat. Brown onion in fat.
Combine lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, pepper, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, water and celery. Add ingredients to sauteed onion.
Pour sauce over spareribs in large baking pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for an hour or more, until well done.
Serves 4.
