Pineapple Lime Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
    2 c. boiling water
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. red or green Jell-O
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    maraschino cherries for garnish
    pineapple chunks for garnish
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups of boiling water.
    Add sour cream and pineapple juice.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Stir in pineapple, walnuts and celery. Pour into a 7-cup mold.
    Chill until set.
    Garnish with maraschino cherries and pineapple chunks.
