Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
9 to 10 c. popped corn
Preparation

Heat brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt to simmering over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Simmer 1 to 2 minutes.
Place popped corn in large bowl and pour hot mixture over top.
Toss with spoon to coat.
Place on large cookie sheet in 300\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour to harden.
Be sure to grease cookie sheet well.
