Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. orange-cranberry relish (Publix Deli or make your own)
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. red Jell-O (raspberry, I prefer, cherry or strawberry)
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz. size) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped nutmeats
    Cool Whip (if desired)
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O with 2 cups of boiling water.
    Add 1/2 cup cold.
    Add crushed pineapple, cran-orange relish, celery and nuts. Top or mix in Cool Whip or omit entirely.
    Refrigerate overnight. Serves quite a few people.
