Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. frozen strawberries
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Beat eggs slightly and mix with oil, strawberries and pecans.
    Add ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans or 6 to 8 small loaf pans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cool in pans 5 minutes before removing.
    Cool on wire racks.
