Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oats
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Pour water over oatmeal and margarine; let stand 20 minutes. Mix sugars; add eggs.
    Sift salt, flour, cinnamon and soda.
    Add to sugar and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add oats to mixture; mix well. Spread batter in a greased 11 x 8 x 2 1/2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
