Mock Fried Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

about 4 c. crumbled crackers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
Be sure to use enough crackers to make a slightly dry mixture.
Make small patties and fry in vegetable oil.
Drain well.
