Frozen Peppermint Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    8 oz. cream cheese
    14 oz. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. crushed peppermint candies
    red food coloring (optional)
    2 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into a spring-form pan.
