Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine
1 egg, beaten
2 or 3 Tbsp. milk
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 (3 oz.) pkg. red jello
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Sift 1 1/3 cups flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl.
Cut in margarine.
Add egg and milk.
Mix together and pat into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Build up sides. Cover with rhubarb.
Sprinkle jello over rhubarb.
