Baked Brie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 oz. Brie
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
slivered almonds
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut crust from Brie; discard.
Spread Brie with 1/2 the butter and 1/2 the garlic.
Spread remaining butter and garlic in a baking dish.
Add parsley and almonds.
Bake to light brown, 20 minutes.
Add Brie to cover the butter mixture. Return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with chunks of sourdough French bread.
