Chili Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. quick cooking rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. hot chili beans
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. tomatoes (fresh or canned)
Preparation

Precook rice.
Microwave onion and bell pepper 2 to 3 minutes. Combine all ingredients except cheese in saucepan or skillet. Let simmer 10 or 15 minutes.
Top with cheese.
