Baked Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 jumbo shrimp
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3 to 4 Tbsp. white wine
    20 to 25 Ritz/Town House crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Set oven to 375\u00b0.
    Peel, devein and almost split shrimp. Place, split side up, on a greased cookie sheet.
    Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
    Sprinkle into shrimp.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes and serve.
