Cream Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Cream all ingredients together, except vanilla wafers, of course.
    Use muffin pans and put muffin paper in each one.
    Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each paper; fill cup 1/2 full.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 until firm.
    They will puff up.
    Let stand a few minutes to cool and then they will fall.
    Then top with a spoonful of cherries.
    Makes about 2 dozen and they won't last long!
