Ground Beef Patties With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. diced Swiss or Cheddar cheese (about 1/4 lb.)
    1 small fresh chopped tomato (garnish)
    4 slices mild Cheddar cheese
    4 slices fresh tomato
Preparation
    Mix meat, onion, salt, pepper, parsley and eggs.
    Divide into four parts; shape into patties.
    Place into a baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or done to your liking.
