Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 cans pork and beans (14 to 16 oz.)
bacon strips (optional)
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Add onion and bell pepper.
Cook until tender. Drain. Return to the skillet and add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and sugar.
Mix well.
Drain beans and add to meat mixture.
Put into a casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Add bacon strips and cook 15 minutes. (Or cook in crock-pot on low 5 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally, to prevent sticking.)
