Zucchini Bread Or Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini (raw), sliced thin
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 can crushed pineapple for cake
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Then add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla and beat well.
    Then add flour, salt, cinnamon and pineapple for cake.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0 in loaf pan.
    Best served warm.
