Grape Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Concord grapes
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Remove skins from grapes.
    Put pulp in a pan without water and bring to a boil.
    While hot, put through sieve to remove seeds. Now, combine skins and pulp with the rest of the ingredients. Pour into pie shell and bake.
    (I always put a crust on top.)
