Vegie-Meat Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. crushed crackers
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    ground pepper to taste
    4 servings mashed potatoes with 2 Tbsp. green onion
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients (except the mashed potatoes) into 4 patties.
    Shape over upside-down custard cups.
    Chill up to 1 hour. Place inverted cups in shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
