Easy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 medium head cabbage
    2 or 3 stalks celery
    1 large onion
    2 or 3 carrots
    lettuce leaves
    1 large (46 oz.) can tomato juice
Preparation
    Chop vegetables and
    rinse.
    Steam in water that clings to vegetables until tender.
    Add tomato juice and simmer until ready to serve.
    Even better the next day.
