Ingredients

1 c. butter, slightly softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. honey or molasses
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. coarsely blended oatmeal (measure oatmeal, then process in blender to almost cornmeal consistency)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
4 oz. grated Hershey chocolate candy bar
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
12 oz. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars.
Add eggs, honey and vanilla. Combine flour, coarse oatmeal, salt, baking powder
and soda.
Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in grated candy, nuts and chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Roll into 1 1/2-inch diameter balls. Place 2-inches apart on cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
Makes approximately 4 1/2 dozen.
