Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. light cream or evaporated milk
8 slices bacon
6 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation

Line pie pan with pie crust.
Set aside.
Brown bacon, drain and dice.
Cool.
Combine eggs, cheese and onion salt in medium bowl.
Stir in bacon.
Add cream or milk and blend well.
Pour egg mixture into pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until center is clean.
