Hawaiian Style Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 stick butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 pkg. yellow rice
Preparation
    Boil chicken; set aside.
    Saute diced bell pepper and onion in butter until tender.
    Add salt, pepper and olive oil.
    Pull apart chicken and add to mixture.
    Simmer 5 minutes (you may add chicken broth for additional moisture).
    In separate boiler, cook rice according to directions (you may substitute chicken broth for water).
    When done, place in serving dish and put chicken mixture over rice.
