Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. white syrup
2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
6 or 7 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Mix butter, syrup
and\tsugar.\tBring
to
boil and let boil 6 minutes,
stirring\tconstantly.
Take
off heat and add other ingredients, stirring until foamy and pour on corn.
Put in pan and bake 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
Can be stored in freezer.
