Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms, washed and stemmed
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs (about 1 piece bread)
1 1/2 tsp. chili sauce
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation
-
Saute onion in butter.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until mixed.
Stuff each mushroom with a spoonful of filling. Brush with butter and broil.
