Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    2 to 3 large green peppers, chopped
    4 medium to large tomatoes, chopped
    nacho chips
Preparation
    Mix together the cheeses and melt in crock-pot.
    Brown ground beef and onion and add to cheese.
    Chop green peppers and tomatoes and add to rest of mixture.
    Cook 1 to 2 hours.
    Will thicken as it cooks, or add a little flour to thicken.
    Serve with nacho chips.
