South Of The Border - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can tomato
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    Tostitos or tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain excess fat.
    Cook rice until tender. Combine all ingredients and dice Velveeta into cubed for easy melting.
    Simmer mixture until all cheese is melted and ready to serve.
    Spoon mixture over Tostitos or tortilla chips.
