Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation

Cream butter and 3/4 cup sugar.
Add flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, salt and baking powder (sifted together) alternately with milk.
Stir in nuts and vanilla.
