Easy Easter Cheese - cooking recipe

12 whole eggs
1 qt. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Bring milk to a boil. In separate bowl, beat eggs with the sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir mixture into boiling milk. Continue stirring. When mixture looks like scrambled eggs and separates the water, remove from heat and pour into cheesecloth bag and make into a ball. Squeeze until the ball is firm and no water comes out. Drain about 1 hour. Remove cheesecloth and refrigerate. Slice.
