Aunt Ellen'S Meat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. ham, chicken, roast beef or pork
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all together; put in casserole.
Crush 1 tube of Ritz crackers, pour 1 stick melted oleo over them; bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Bake 20 minutes, then add cracker crumbs.
Bake 5 minutes more.
