Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. mixed salad greens
4 (1 oz.) slices each: Swiss cheese and boiled ham, cut in julienne strips
4 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
1/4 c. finely snipped green onion
1/2 c. low calorie salad dressing
8 cherry tomatoes
Preparation

Tear greens in bite size pieces into 4 salad bowls.
Layer atop each bowl, 1/4 of the ham and cheese strips, 2 cherry tomatoes (halved), 4 egg quarters and 1 tablespoon dressing. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
