Spaghetti Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chicken
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper; brown.
    Brown onion and garlic; drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a pan.
    Add chicken to sauce and cover.
    Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir.
    Add water, if needed.
