Kourambiedes(Christmas) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. unsalted butter
1 1/4 c. almonds, chopped
2 egg yolks
1 1/4 c. sugar
flour (as mush as is needed not to be sticky on the hands)
powdered sugar

This is a healthier version of a regular pumpkin cheesecake.
I served it at Thanksgiving, but didn't say it was made from tofu until after we ate it.
No one could believe it!
They loved it!
