Delia'S Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (14 oz. each) bottles ketchup
1 bottle chili
1/3 c. yellow prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. A.1. steak sauce
hot Tabasco sauce to taste
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 can beer (to be added at time of use)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and jar up.
Keep jar in refrigerator and add beer only in the amount that you are using at any given time.
