Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1 (16 oz.) can cut up tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 oz. (1 c.) sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cut off tops of green peppers and remove seeds.
    Precook peppers in boiling salt water for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    (For crisp peppers, omit boiling.)
    Sprinkle inside of peppers with a little salt.
    Brown meat with onion.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Stir in tomatoes, rice, 1/2 cup water and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
