Fresh Candied Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    raisins
Preparation
    Boil potatoes whole until done.
    Cook the sugar in small pan until forms ball or thickens.
    Peel potatoes.
    Cut up in long pan. Pour sugar over them.
    Cover well; sprinkle the cinnamon, brown sugar and raisins over top.
    Don't burn the raisins!
    Serve hot.
