Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
1 small chopped onion
3 c. water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
4 oz. fine noodles
1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. thawed broccoli (10 oz.)
3 c. milk
Preparation
-
Saute onion in margarine.
Add water and bouillon cubes.
Heat to boiling.
Add noodles and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Cook 3 minutes.
Add broccoli.
Cook 4 to 6 minutes.
Add milk and cheese.
Heat until cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
