Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 lb. butter
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
    2 c. milk
    flour
    1 small can evaporated milk
    grated carrot
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add onion.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Cut mushrooms into small pieces.
    Add mushrooms, 1 cup water, salt and pepper.
    Cook 10 minutes with carrots.
    Add beef bouillon cubes, 2 cups water and milk.
    Thicken with flour.
    Just before serving, add evaporated milk.
